The indirect induction heating process makes it possible to raise a metal part to temperature. This one will transmit its heat to a target material so that the two stick together.
This process is especially used to assembly metal and plastic. In fact, the metal is heated to a temperature higher than the plastic reflow and creates a solid bond, while avoiding contamination.
In some assembly cases, it is difficult to heat the materials directly. Induction indirect heating allows to respond to these problems by targeting the heating to create the connection between metal and plastic.

Some examples of applications :

Metal and plastic jewellery
Glasses (temple, pads, temple tips etc…)
